Join myself and fellow Scandinavian teacher Vicky Zetterström-Sharp for a Skandi-inspired summer’s day retreat at the flower-filled Barracks Lane Community Garden in East Oxford.
Together, enjoy yoga, delicious food, garland-making and mindful rest – both in the beautiful wood cabin and in the garden itself.
11 Opening circle followed by an Earth-inspired Mandala Vinyasa yoga flow practice with Sarah
12.30 Lunch, with wood fired flat breads, adding your own choice of toppings made fresh in the garden’s pizza oven, plus Skandi salads
1.30 Summer head garland-making out in the garden
2.30 Restorative yoga and nidra with Vicky
3.30 Closing circle with teas and treats at the fire pit

What to bring
Please bring your own yoga mat is possible. Yoga bricks and bolsters will be available, but please feel you can bring any additional props or blankets.

Comfy clothes which you can move freely in
Bottle to use for water during practice
Eye pillow or scarf to place over the eyes (optional)
Extra blanket or pillow to use during the Nidra (optional)
Cancellation policy
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, but are happy for anyone who is unable to attend to pass their place on to someone else - please just let us know in advance. If one facilitator is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the workshop will go ahead as planned. The schedule will be kept as close as possible to the original, but activities may differ from the event description above.
If we have to cancel the event or reschedule, all participants will be refunded or offered a place at a future workshop.
