I’m lucky to be a studio teacher at this wonderful space over in OX4, sharing weekly classes and regular workshops.

S T R O N G F L O W

Get a little sweaty and explore challenge with a blend of shapes and movement borrowed from the world of Pilates, Barre and core. But mostly just good fun.

7.30–8.30pm, Wednesday evenings

V I N Y A S A

Moving and grooving on the mat, the flow and transitions being as much the joy as the shapes along the way.

6–7pm, Thursday evenings

D Y N A M I C V I N Y A S A

An extra dose of flux, with a further emphasis on transitions between poses.

7.30–8.30am, Friday mornings

M A N D A L A V I N Y A S A

Monthly special, this elemental practice will have you traveling in circles on the mat.

75 minutes, monthly. Most often on a Saturday 5–6.15pm

Across the year I adore sharing a variety of workshops and events leaning into a variety of yoga practices, from relaxation and restorative to energising flows.

Nature and seasons’ perpetual shift are frequently woven in to inform the offering and blend of practices included.

Mandala Vinyasa Special

Monthly Mandala yoga inspired by the elements; air, fire, water and earth.

Beginning and ending with yin & breathwork, the heart of the class is a vinyasa flow where we’ll find shapes to travel in a circle on the mat.

Retreat afternoon at
The Wild Sauna

Friday 26 June

Join me and my Every Body Studio co-host, Katie Gordon, at the idyllic (and award winning) riverside Wild Sauna at Whichford Mill for a truly special afternoon.

An opportunity to move, unwind and yes, sweat, with yoga, breath and sauna it’s set to be a real (re)treat.
