About
A little about me and the practices I share
Hey, it’s me
Having trained in 2018, I’ve been teaching a variety of yoga practices in Oxford for going on seven years and practicing for double that (!).
I first stepped onto this rectangle of mat at university, but it wasn’t until I moved to Oxford that I truly fell (just a little bit) in love with the flux, flow and feel-good effect of yoga.
Creative sequencing is where my heart is happiest, but in what form is hugely varied. From sinking into a slow-go rest practice to sweating things out in in a super-charged power flow.
Often gleaning inspiration from the seasons, I enjoy bringing an aspect of nature and the elements into flows and shapes.
You can find me in OX4 as a studio teacher at Every Body Studio and over with the wonderful Tap Social Movement gang at Yoga Coffee Club, alongside a whole load of workshops and events.
When not conjuring up sequences, you can find me roaming about and cycling around finding my next coffee hit. Part perpetual motion machine, I adore landscapes and sky-scapes equally, and which I sometimes put to paper to capture the view.
Hope to say hey soon!

She’s always super positive and
radiates joy. Challenging, but
always offering adaptations, her style
gives you space to make the
class your own."
Styles of practice
When it comes to yoga, I can’t contain myself to a single form and teach a variety of styles, often incorporating movement and shapes from other movement disciplines.
V I N Y A S A
Moving with the breath to move on the mat, this is what ignited by love of yoga, vinyasa is all about flow-state with the transition between shapes bringing as much joy as the places we pause along the way.
S T R O N G F L O W / P O W E R Y O G A
An opportunity to lean into the body’s potential to hold and move between shapes. I love weaving moving practices, and here I blend in elements of barre, core and pilates to form a creative flow with challenge on offer along the way.
R E S T O R A T I V E
Stopping is how we go on. An opportunity to go slow and explore breath and body through supported shapes lower to the ground. Pausing is pretty sublime.
Y I N
A slower form of practice that looks to feel out sensation and find shapes that look towards the body’s deeper tissues and fascia, informed by energetic lines connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
M A N D A L A V I N Y A S A
A creative form of yoga flow inspired by the elements of air, fire, water and earth to inform shapes and breath work. At the heart of the class is using shapes to travel in a circle on the mat; front, back, and side to side.
C O R E
A blend of yoga and shapes from practices including Pilates and Barre to activate the body, challenge balance and get a little fiery.
